My interest in healing, art and the many facets of consciousness began as early as I can remember. I read and painted avidly as a child and was lucky enough to grow up in the countryside surrounded by the flowers and trees which have continued to inspire my work. I spent time volunteering in Central America and Mexico where I met many people who opened my eyes to new ways of seeing and being. I began studying healing professionally after my degree In English Literature and Spanish ended when I was 21. I studied Usui Reiki with Reiki Master Katie Holland over the next year and was deeply inspired by the subtle shifts in awareness that followed my studies and practice.

I went on to study various styles of bodywork including Holistic and Indian Head Massage alongside working as a health carer and workshop leader. I then studied Thai massage in two well respected schools in Northern Thailand. Upon my return I went on to study crystal healing with Simon and Sue Lily of the Institute of Crystal and Gem Therapists. I have always had a deep respect and love for nature and the elemental kingdom and extended my practice to include a range of different flower essences including the Bach and Australian Bush Remedies which I spent a year studying in Australia from 2004-5. Since then I have made many of my own flower remedies and like to encourage others to do the same as healing is most profound when it is actively engaged in. For me, crystal and flower remedies are a wonderful way of connecting with the vibrational energies of nature to bring harmony where there is unrest, peace where there is confusion. I have long believed that the world perceived by our five senses is only the a tiny fraction of the true nature of reality which can be accessed by everyone when we learn to let go and be still. In this understanding of the continual change and flow of our experience lies the truth that anything can be healed.

As my awareness has deepened I have become more conscious of other realms of existence including angels, ascended masters and elementals. I was drawn to begin painting what I experienced, firstly in meditation but increasingly in everyday life as I tuned into the energies of people and places around me. A happy series of synchronicities led me to meet Angelic Reiki Master Debbie Prime in 2006 and I have since studied with her and found my sensitivity to increase dramatically as a result. I have also studied Buddhist meditation and philosophy and am continually moved and inspired by the writings and poetry of the Sufi masters.

At present my art work centres both on images that can be used by everyone to unlock their own healing gifts, bring a focus to meditation or uplift the energy of a room and individually channelled pieces that depict auras, guardian angels and spirit guides. I see my healing and artwork, and in essence my whole life, as a process of evolution and am continually in a state of wonder at the infinite expressions of being which our experience offers us.

Above all I hope my work will help others on their own paths and aid them to regain a deep sense of joy and gratitude at the opportunities we have to transform our minds and, as a consequence, our whole world. With many blessings, love and light.
